- 500×500 is the upload ceiling, not the display size. Kick shows the emote at 32 px in chat, so a detailed drawing turns to mush; design for 32 and upload at 128 or more.
- The name rules are strict: an uppercase letter or a space is refused at upload, and the message does not always say why.
- Animated emotes are separate slots with their own limits (128×128, under 512 KB). A GIF uploaded as a static emote shows its first frame only.

No. Any registered Kick channel can upload up to 50 channel emotes from the Creator Dashboard. Affiliate status affects subscriptions and sub emotes, not the basic slots.
What size should a Kick emote be?
Anything up to 500×500 pixels and under 1 MB as a PNG. Kick scales it to 32, 64 and 128 pixels itself, so upload at 128 or larger and check that the shape still reads at 32.
Why was my Kick emote name rejected?
Names must be lowercase letters and numbers only, 4 to 25 characters, with no spaces or symbols. 'PogKick' fails on the capitals; 'pogkick' goes through.
