  • You own all rights to the uploaded images or have proper authorization to use them

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Custom Emoji or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. This includes any issues related to AI-generated content, platform integrations, or uploaded images.

Custom Emoji does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
